1. Brushing your teeth

Brush your teeth for two to three minutes at least twice a day. Make sure you're going into all the cracks and crevices. Brush your teeth in a circular movement to guarantee that your gums are protected. Brush your teeth's inner, outer and chewing surfaces.

2. Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide


It is said to remove plaque buildup and bacteria to get rid of stains by using a paste made of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide.

To create a paste, mix 1 tablespoon baking soda with 2 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide. After brushing this paste, rinse your mouth carefully with water. You can also create a mouthwash using the same percentage of ingredients.

3. Coconut oil pulling


Coconut oil pulling helps to whiten teeth and to remove plaque and bacteria from the mouth. Use a high quality, organic oil with no damaging components always.

Swallow for 10 to 30 minutes 1 to 2 teaspoons of liquid coconut oil in your mouth. Don't let the oil touch your throat's back. Do not swallow the oil because it includes your mouth's toxins and bacteria. Spit it. Rinse your mouth and drink a complete glass of water afterwards. Then the teeth are brushed.

There are no research confirming the impact of oil pulling on teeth whitening. However, a research conducted in 2015 discovered that oil pulling with sesame oil and sunflower oil decreased plaque gingivitis. Oil pulling may have a blanking impact on teeth, as plaque buildup may transform yellow teeth. Further studies are required on the impact of coconut oil pulling.

4. Apple cider vinegar

Mix 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with 6 ounces of water to make a mouthwash. Swish the 30-second alternative. Then rinse your teeth with water.

5. Lemon, orange, or banana peels


Some people say it will make them whiter by rubbing lemon, orange, or banana peels on your teeth. The d-limonene compound, found in some fruit peels, is thought to assist whiten your teeth.

Rub the fruit peels gently for about two minutes on your teeth. Make sure to rinse your mouth carefully and then brush your teeth.

6. Activated charcoal


To remove stains from your teeth, you can use activated charcoal. It is extremely absorbent, and bacteria and toxins in the mouth are also said to be removed. 

Open an activated charcoal capsule and place the contents on your toothbrush. Brush your teeth gently for two minutes with tiny circles. Be particularly cautious as it can be abrasive in the region around your gums. Then you can spit it out.

You can dab it on your teeth if your teeth are delicate or you want to restrict the charcoal's abrasiveness. For two minutes, leave it on.

You can also use a small amount of water to blend activated charcoal to create a mouthwash. Swish this two-minute solution, then pour it out. After using activated charcoal, rinse your mouth carefully with water.
